A really great career opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a global, market-leading industrial printing technology company.

This varied and dynamic role will suit a customer-focused B2B Project Coordinator or Buyer who will enjoy coordinating 'build-based' engineering projects.

Working within a team of 6, the Project & Purchasing Coordinator will manage 20-30 projects at various stages, from initiation through to successful delivery and installation.

Projects vary from supplying a single machine, through to complex multi-product installations that include sourcing bespoke components from external suppliers.

This challenging and stimulating role encompasses project coordination, purchasing, and commercial negotiation skills. In each case you’ll develop and maintain plans, interact regularly with customers and collaborate broadly with various internal departments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A team player with 'build-based’ project coordination experience (equipment/physical components/engineering etc) and/or exposure to purchasing in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening and influencing skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Interest in technology and a confident user of IT systems, including strong MS Office
  • Flexible to adapt to common tried & tested team processes, whilst also proactively looking for continuous improvements
