Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Deliver high-quality project and programme management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on project costs, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly project reports, including timelines, risk assessments, and progress updates.
  • Implement effective communication strategies and tools to facilitate project delivery.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Challenge established norms and continuously seek to improve performance standards.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Professional qualification in Project Management (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one.
  • Demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management, with significant experience using the NEC suite of contracts (NEC Accreditation preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of personalities across the client base.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
