Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor operating in the water sector. This high-profile organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.

Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be based in the Midlands area and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining programmes as well as producing forecasts and procurement schedules
  • Approving subcontractor invoices and ensuring payments are made within timescales
  • Monitoring and reviewing financial and delivery performance
  • Coordinating with the client and subcontractors regarding H&S audits/inspections
  • Liaising with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of managing and delivering civil, mechanical and/or electrical works from inception through to completion in the water (clean and/or waste) industry
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Sound communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary up to £60,000 based on your experience and a company car or car allowance. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (options to buy/sell more).
