Your new companyYou will work for a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy known for its innovative and client-focused approach. They specialise in project management, cost management, building surveying and CDM. They work across aviation, commercial, retail, manufacturing and healthcare.

Your new roleYou will work as a Senior/Associate playing a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. You will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation. You will lead and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, engineers, and other staff. As well as this you will maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress. You will manage projects from inception to completion, and maintain and grow, their well established client base. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in project management within a consultancy/client side, and understand pre and post contract work. You will have managed projects from inception to completion, and be keen to develop your career within a leading organisation. You will ideally be MRICS or MAPM qualified, or keen to complete this.
