Your new companyWorking for a Public Sector owned consultancy based in Nottinghamshire, you will head up the commercial team to deliver built environment frameworks. You will undertake a variety of projects across various sectors including commercial, leisure and education. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Your new roleYou will work as a Project Manager within their major projects team. You will work with the delivery team to oversee the delivery of their construction projects/programmes from feasibility to handover. You will manage stakeholders and contractors and achieve completion of projects and programmes on time, within budget and within scope. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise the progress of the project. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in managing large construction projects from inception to completion. You will want to work on local projects and make a difference to your community. You will be able to liaise with stakeholders, contractors and other external parties. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of £55000 - £60000. Benefits include:
