Job Title: Industrial Painter
£35,000 +Mon-Fri + Benefits + Overtime

They are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter for the growing team. If you take pride in your work, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working in dynamic industrial environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion.
Apply industrial paints, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces (metal, concrete, etc.) using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Use blasting techniques (e.g., sandblasting) to clean and prepare surfaces.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate paint/coating methods.
Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
Familiarity with a variety of painting techniques and equipment (airless spray, HVLP, etc.).
Ability to work with different types of paints, coatings, and protective finishes.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (e.g., sandblasting, chemical cleaning).
Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and paint charts.
