Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Apply industrial paints, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces (metal, concrete, etc.) using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Use blasting techniques (e.g., sandblasting) to clean and prepare surfaces.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate paint/coating methods.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with a variety of painting techniques and equipment (airless spray, HVLP, etc.).
  • Ability to work with different types of paints, coatings, and protective finishes.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (e.g., sandblasting, chemical cleaning).
  • Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and paint charts.
