Key Criteria

  • 8+ years Health and Safety experience within Construction, ideally within the residential sector
  • Experience leading safety audits, inspections and accident investigations.
  • Proven ability leading and influencing safety culture and practices within organisations at all levels.
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, accident investigations.
  • Familiarity with Construction processes especially in relation to Health & Safety.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Awareness of trends, and best practices within Construction Safety.
  • Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices within construction.
  • Understanding human factors and ergonomics within construction health & safety.
  • IT Skills including Microsoft 365

The Role:

  • Predominantly site based, overseeing the health and safety team on residential projects across the Northof England.
  • Occasional visits to HQ in West London.
