A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a brand new Build to Rent site in Nottingham.Overview:
- Role: Maintenance Technician
- Location: Nottingham
- Salary: Up to £30,000
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
- Be solely responsible for all maintenance tasks on site.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
- Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
- Provide property inspections.
- Carry out maintenance works.
- Liaise with contractors when needed.
The person:
- Prior experience in property management maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of building services.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive, can do attitude.
