TSR Recruitment are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for an established social housing contractor based in Nottingham. This role is due to increased workload going forward and will be an addition to the existing team in place.
This role will involve working with a contracts manager, supporting a delivery team on refurbishment project across Nottingham. This role will suit an administrator, ideally with planned maintenance experienced with knowledge of construction and techniques.

- Updating CRM systems and using Microsoft office

- Strong IT skills – Microsoft office
- Resident or tenant liaison experience – Proven track record
