Contracts Manager

Location: East Midlands
Monday to Friday
Salary: £52,000-£56,000

Interaction Recruitment are supporting our Construction client with their hiring for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will manage the contracts in a profitable fashion, while operating compliantly and fully understanding the specifications required. You'll oversee the budgets for the project and be responsible for fully managing the contracts and legislative requirements for client management.

Initially you will work closely with one of the teams Lead Engineers and be partnered with a current Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

  • You will act as the main point of contact with the clients
  • Manage any changes and alterations to the contract
  • Direct liason with the Operations Director
  • Support credit control
  • Measure the client's Profit and Loss individually
  • Provide instruction and guidance to the helpdesk when needed



Responsibilities

  • Keeping the team fully engaged and motivated
  • Lead conference calls and project update meetings
  • Setting and managing KPI
  • Recruitment
  • Approval of holiday requests
  • Providing technical support if and when your Lead Engineers require it
  • Liaise with HR
  • Monitor the progress of Sub Contractors on your allocated sites
  • Uphold company rules and procedures
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are being adhered to
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as requested
