About the role of Contracts Manager
As a Contracts Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
- Oversee the management and delivery on various contracts, specifically Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works.
- Carry out site inspections, interprety construction drawings and designs.
- Cover From Sheffield to Loughborough and manage the teams/sites.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
- Previous experience in a Contracts Management role (ideally Social Housing)
- NVQ 6 Qualification
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence
