Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the Nottingham area that are looking for a brand new Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager on this project, you will be a vital member of the team, and will work with your colleagues and the client to:

  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
  • Competent in require project methodology.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
  • Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
  • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of Disrepairs Workstream is desirable
  • Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service
  • Experience of working with supply chain delivery model
  • Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Experience of site health and safety good practice
  • Valid SMSTS
  • Asbestos Awareness + First Aid
