This position is a strategic leadership role responsible for translating the organisation’s business plans into actionable learning and development objectives. The role oversees the consultation, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global learning initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and support the development of a capable and agile workforce.As the global Head of Learning, you will have a small team of 5 direct reports but will oversee a much larger L&D team aligned to a contact centre.
