Are you passionate about Learning & Development?  Do you enjoy co-ordinating training across the business? We are recruiting an L&D Coordinator to join an expanding professional services company, this role will be based in Nottingham or Bristol and can consider Hybrid working options.  To be considered for this role we are looking for somebody who is very comfortable with different technology as you will sit in a team who organise and co-ordinate all training activity, online learning materials, SharePoint pages and skills matrices for all employees. What you will be doing:
  • You will coordinate the weekly digital skills new joiner orientation events.
  • Coordinating ongoing digital skills orientation programmes
  • Coordinating the digital skills team calendar. 
  • Communication and support of the digital skills matrices. 
  • Coordination of all digital skills training invitations and evaluations. 
  • Coordination of the digital skills SharePoint pages. 
  • Coordination of any firm wide Digital Skills training programmes.  
  • Management and maintenance of Digital Skills training records, including attendance, absences and waiting lists. 
  • Any administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in a training/Learning & Development within HR or IT would be advantageous.
  • You will have worked in a busy administrative or support position.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel.
  • Organisation, prioritisation and self-management skills.
  • Working both within a team and independently. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and execute tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong desire for continuous personal improvement and self-development.
  • Enjoys data analysis.
  • Team focused and willingness to be flexible with tasks and activities.
  • Working and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) would be desirable.
