- You will coordinate the weekly digital skills new joiner orientation events.
- Coordinating ongoing digital skills orientation programmes
- Coordinating the digital skills team calendar.Â
- Communication and support of the digital skills matrices.Â
- Coordination of all digital skills training invitations and evaluations.Â
- Coordination of the digital skills SharePoint pages.Â
- Coordination of any firm wide Digital Skills training programmes. Â
- Management and maintenance of Digital Skills training records, including attendance, absences and waiting lists.Â
- Any administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience in a training/Learning & Development within HR or IT would be advantageous.
- You will have worked in a busy administrative or support position.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel.
- Organisation, prioritisation and self-management skills.
- Working both within a team and independently.Â
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and execute tasks.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Strong desire for continuous personal improvement and self-development.
- Enjoys data analysis.
- Team focused and willingness to be flexible with tasks and activities.
- Working and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) would be desirable.Â
