Role: Learning and Development OfficerLocation: Colwick, NottinghamSalary: £26,000 - £30,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Our client, a world leading manufacturer, is seeking to appoint an Learning and Development Officer to its existing team.
Duties for the Learning and Development Officer:
- plan, organise and oversee training programmes
- assess departmental training needs
- source training providers
- maintain training records
- monitor training effectiveness
- coordinate new starter induction programmes
- manage personal data
- point of contact for compliance training requirements
- ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the business
- provide ongoing support and resource to employees during their onboarding
Experience for the Learning and Development Officer:
- educated to degree level (HR, Education or relevant subject)
- proven experience within L&D
- experience of delivering, designing and coordinating training plans
- computer literate
- detail oriented
- excellent presentation and training skills
- adaptable and flexible
