Position: Training Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: 30k

We're looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to manage and organise training courses on behalf of our client based in the heart of Nottingham.

As part of our clients next growth stage, they are looking to recruit a motivated, ambitious and adaptable Training Coordinator to develop and take ownership of planning and organising training courses. The successful Training Coordinator will be integral in creating positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, whilst providing a compliant and robust admin function.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and trainers
* Taking training bookings
* Processing customer invoices
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
* Handling all enquiries relating to training courses
* Attending meetings
* Managing projects
* Receiving feedback from trainers and customers

Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective multitasking and time management.
