- Conduct thorough research into the medical and legal aspects of clinical negligence claims
- Draft legal documents, including letters of claim and statements of case
- Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and experts to gather crucial information
- Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are updated and filed properly
- Prepare court bundles, organise client meetings, and manage case timelines
- Have a genuine passion for clinical negligence law and a strong desire to support clients affected by medical errors
- Bring previous experience in personal injury or clinical negligence (desirable, but not essential)
- Possess a law degree or equivalent legal qualification (e.g., LPC or CILEx)
