A leading creative agency is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their dynamic in-house team. This role involves working with some of the beauty industry’s most recognizable brands to produce compelling campaigns and content.

About the Role:As a Client Manager, you’ll be the main representative and client-facing lead, reporting directly to the Senior Client Manager. You'll manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver outstanding work. This role is on-site in the Nottingham office, providing an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate high-profile projects across both paid and owned media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, confidently leading client interactions and developing briefs.
  • Oversee campaign deadlines, managing any challenges to ensure the agency's high standards are met.
  • Lead in client meetings, presentations, and sign-offs, both virtual and in-person.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver end-to-end projects, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support budget tracking, estimates, and monthly financial updates to ensure project and budget alignment.
  • Provide additional support across accounts and workstreams within the Client Management team.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management within an agency or creative environment.
  • Strong background in collaborating with media agencies and executing omni-channel creative assets.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and experience delivering creative projects across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to develop and track estimates and budgets.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for producing excellent creative work.
