Sonic Summary

A Mortgage Business in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor for a fully remote position.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be CeMAP qualified, with CAS status preferred.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £32,500, with on-target earnings of £70,000 through a 20% commission structure on banked business.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with two weekends required per month.
Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.

Our clients, a highly successful and expanding Mortgage Business, are currently looking to offer such an opportunity to an experienced Mortgage Advisor in the Nottingham area.

This position is full remote, therefore you can be based anywhere in the Nottingham area, but you must have strong experience within Mortgages to be considered.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 9 – 6
2 weekends per month
Remote working

The successful candidate for the role of Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic salary up to £32,500
Commission structure 20% banked business
On Target earnings of £70,000

Requirements for Mortgage Advisor:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
CeMAP qualified
CAS status preferred
Full UK driving licence
Ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.
Highly driven and organised
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
