Description
You will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and will be working alongside 4 other Credit Controllers. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Collecting outstanding debt from your allocated customers
- Raising sales and VAT invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Posting and allocating cash
- Handling invoice queries
- Reviewing customers' accounts and credit limits
- Month end duties
- Supporting with weekly debtor reporting and review meetings
- Assisting in legal procedures, including court action
Profile
To be considered, you must:
- Have at least 2 years' experience of working in credit control
- Have excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
- Be a confident communicator, and able to liaise with customers over the telephone
Job Offer
This is a permanent position, which is offering:
- £27-32k (dependent upon experience)
