Description

You will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and will be working alongside 4 other Credit Controllers. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Collecting outstanding debt from your allocated customers
  • Raising sales and VAT invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Posting and allocating cash
  • Handling invoice queries
  • Reviewing customers' accounts and credit limits
  • Month end duties
  • Supporting with weekly debtor reporting and review meetings
  • Assisting in legal procedures, including court action

Profile

To be considered, you must:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience of working in credit control
  • Have excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Be a confident communicator, and able to liaise with customers over the telephone
