As a Credit Strategy Lead, you will be working within our Credit Risk Team. This will be an exciting opportunity to join an evolving and fast paced team. Working with the Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will be driving performance across our debt processes to help our customers become debt free and drive value to the business

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • You will be the owner of specific risks, collections and recovery journeys in Eon Next that will cover a wide range of different processes.

  • Drive efficiency and value by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and using data insights to continuously improve processes.

  • Be a subject matter expert across specific journeys, becoming the go to person in the business.

  • Using data insight and process knowledge, evaluate and implement innovative credit strategies that align with business goals, optimising risk and return.

  • Develop and own the documentation of processes, to be used to drive the implementation of change and enhancements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate, enhance, and implement process improvements.

Are we the perfect match?

  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.

  • Proficiency in handling data across excel and google suite.

  • Strong capability to showcase data and insight in an engaging way, using presentation packages.

  • Ability to document and map out processes in an understandable format for a wide ranging audience.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in collections or credit management.

  • An understanding of the UK energy and/or utilities markets.

  • Experience in process and change management.
