Our client is a well-established, building surveying firm who has built an outstanding reputation within the industry covering the UK. They are looking for a dynamic IT apprentice that is eager to develop their technical skills as well as provide essential executive-level administrative support. This is an immediate start!

Role Overview:

As an IT apprentice, your role would be to support with formatting, ensure consistency and enhance readability of digital and printed materials. You would provide general IT support including troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues. You will also learn and support the management of IT systems. The other side of the job, is working in the administrative and organisational support side. In this, you will manage scheduling, co-ordinate meetings, and organise agendas for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general IT support, including troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
• Assist with project coordination, preparing reports, and tracking progress on key IT initiatives.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the senior management team

Skills and Experience:

• A passion for technology and design
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and design software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of organisation
