Temporary Customer Service - Housing
• Job Type: Temporary (2 months)• Location: Waterfront House• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm• Hourly rate: £15.34 per hour PAYE or £20.17 per hour Umbrella
We are seeking 4 Temporary Housing Customer Service Representatives to join a Housing Association based within Nottingham, starting on the 24th of February. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in collections or phone-based customer service. You will be handling inbound calls, discussing rent increases, service charges, setting payment arrangements, and processing payments.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Handle inbound calls regarding rent increase letters, service charges, and other related queries.• Set up payment arrangements and take payments over the phone.• Provide clear and concise information to residents, ensuring a high level of customer service.• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues where necessary.• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the customer database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in collections or a phone-based customer service role.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
