Location: Nottingham City CentreSalary:£25,000 + £1,500 annual bonusHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (8 AM - 6 PM)
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers via phone, webchat, and email, providing clear and efficient assistance. Your role will include:? Handling a high volume of inquiries? Using scripts and templates for clear communication? Meeting performance targets (quality, satisfaction, compliance)? Navigating multiple systems to resolve issues
