To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Demonstratable ability to communicate effectively with different people
  • Ability to listen to and empathise with all kinds of different people
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written word skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office

The ideal candidate with be a customer focused individual with a great ability to build rapport and empathise with others at different levels. You will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and fantastic attention to detail.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving issues
  • Understanding customer requirements and meeting these wherever possible
  • Reading, understanding and amending customer orders and account information
  • Keeping customers updated regarding their orders & accounts with the company
  • Arranging deliveries with customers for their orders
  • Recording all customer interactions on an internal database/system
  • Identifying customer pain points and feedback to the relevant department

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience

25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
