We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our clients brand new team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Hours:Monday to Friday - Rotational shift pattern between 8am and 6pm
Salary:25,000 + 1500 annual bonus (based on personal performance)
Location: Nottingham City Centre (NG1)
Training: 3 months training followed by 3 months grad bay
Role:
- Providing excellent customer service to existing customers via phone, email and webchat
- Ability to handle high volume of calls, chats and emails with degrees of questions or concerns
- Comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a computer
- Must be able to work within a team environment, communicating with other agents.
- Customer focused
- Be able to navigate and learn multiple computer systems
- Problem solving skills and deliver timely resolution
- Work towards several different targets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
