Key responsibilities include:

路Handling order processing from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

路Providing timely and professional responses to customer queries, resolving any issues promptly.

路Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and orders.

The ideal candidate will have:

路Experience in a customer service or account management role, ideally working with business clients.
