About the roleWe’re looking for a friendly, supportive and helpful person who thrives on providing excellent service and enjoys the challenge of working in different branches and meeting new people.As part of our Regional Support team this role travels to different branches across a specific region each day to provide support where it is needed most, ensuring our customers always get a fantastic service. This role operates over all our East locations from Milton Keynes to Sheffield.The main responsibilities will be supporting the area by providing counter support and possibly account opening, depending on the needs of the location and customers.  It’s important that we give customers accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient way.This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis and we provide a car to get you from A to B. As there is the need to be in different locations each day to help the branch open, we’ll support with a 10% shift allowance for flexibility. We’ll also advise in advance which branches needs support, but of course things can change so flexibility is important.  Rest assured, we always have well-being in mind. Benefits include:

So for this role you’ll need a positive, flexible attitude with a supportive approach.We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer and communication skills with the ability to adapt to varied teams and locations. You’ll be able to deal with customers’ enquiries in a careful and accurate way, you'll also have experience of dealing with more complex situations or handling complaints.Considering the geographical spread of the role you’ll need a full driving licence and for your well-being, you’ll ideally live on or close by the patch you’ll cover.
