About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated NPD Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to progress within the NPD department. The team is responsible for drawing inspiration from social media platforms or various recipes to develop new pizza toppings. They create mock-ups for customers to try and work on customer briefings and requested ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, organising, and controlling resources such as time, ingredients, and packaging to deliver concept samples to an agreed quality and timescale
  • Booking and raising purchase orders for couriers and managing associated trackers
  • Maintaining hygiene standards in both NPD kitchens, collecting ingredients, making samples, and panelling samples with the team. Supporting customer sample demands across both toppings and bakery sites
  • Developing new products and recording all required information to generate accurate costings
  • Working closely with raw materials and packaging suppliers to source new materials

About You

If you are already an NPD technologist or someone is keen to get into the industry and is a true 'foodie', Full training will be provided on the role.
