We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Water Solution Services Dewatering Sales Specialist to join our Northern Region sales team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer solutions for dewatering products and services while achieving sales targets and driving growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and engaging new prospects.

  • Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders to secure business opportunities.

  • Identify and act on market trends, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including contracts, customer interactions, and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to achieve mutual business goals.

About You
You are a customer-focused professional with a passion for technical sales. You thrive on identifying and meeting customer needs while staying informed about market and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial or water technology sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to convey complex solutions effectively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • A valid UK driver’s license (Category B).
