We are currently seeking two skilled and detail-oriented Contract Managers (Public Health) for a reputable client on an initial 4-month contract. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week, with a requirement to work in Nottingham City Centre at least once a week.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee public health contracts, ensuring that performance is monitored and analysed effectively. Produce and distribute performance reports as needed and provide support to service providers for development.
  • Contract Administration: Collate contracts and variations, manage the signing process, track activity, and maintain electronic records. Arrange quarterly performance meetings, take minutes, and share them with participants.
  • Query and Complaint Management: Handle formal and informal queries, complaints, and Freedom of Information Requests, ensuring proper recording and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaboration: Act as the first point of contact for service provider queries, working alongside Public Health, Procurement, Legal, Payments teams, and external service providers.

Profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in contract management and an understanding of performance data is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Public Health experience is not required but would be beneficial.

Job Offer

  • Hybrid working model - work from home up to 4 days per week (minimum of 1 day per week in the office).
  • £200 - £400 day rate.
  • Initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
  • In-person induction is required.
