Responsibilities of this job role

  • Provide clinically effective specialist Dietetic and Nutrition Service in given clinical area, including assessment and advice/treatment.
  • Act as a source of expertise on Dietetics and Nutrition for staff, carers and patients including the provision of education and training.
  • Work as a member of a departmental team with the support of the appropriate team leader.

The post holder may work on either campus of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Qualified Dietitian (4 year degree, post-graduate diploma or equivalent)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council
  • Experience of working as a registered dietitian.

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
