Description of the role:

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, covering SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyse website performance, ensuring an optimal user experience and strong conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline customer journeys and campaign efficiency.
  • Oversee digital content strategy, ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, reporting insights to senior leadership and refining strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on potential website improvements or redevelopment projects.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
