I am searching for a Project Architect with creative design flare and a passion for Architecture to join a RIBA chartered practice in Nottingham. The knowledgeable team have a vibrant portfolio comprising of Residential, Education, Healthcare and Blue Light projects and always ensure a sustainable, client-led approach is taken.

The successful Project Architect will have significant experience running projects through all RIBA stages and will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have creative design flare and will be confident liaising with the wider team to deliver exceptional projects. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

• Significant UK-based post Part 3 experience
• ARB registered
• Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
• Exceptional technical abilities
• Great communication skills, both written and verbally
• Able to liaise with clients, stakeholders and other team members
• Managing your project budget
• Delivering projects within agreed timescales
• Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
• Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
• Revit proficiency is essential
