Your new role

As an Early Years Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years. Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)* Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment * Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Assessing and tracking children's progress* Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification * A genuine passion for working with young children * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families * Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
