This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to raising standards, supporting teaching staff, and driving academic excellence within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and implement school strategy, with a strong focus on raising standards across all areas.
- Support and mentor teaching staff, offering coaching and professional development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Lead and contribute to data analysis, ensuring effective use of performance data to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and team-work, encouraging staff to share best practices and support each other in delivering high-quality education.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills in managing school initiatives and projects.
- Inspire and encourage staff to follow your lead in sharing expertise and continually striving for improvement in their practice.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in an education-related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant teaching experience.
- Completion of an NPQ (National Professional Qualification) in Senior Leadership, or a similar leadership qualification.
- Proven track record of working in a leadership role, with experience in data analysis and raising educational standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for all students.
