Do you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups?
The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with lower level learners providing booster support. You will be expected to carry out intervention sessions, plan age-appropriate activities and work with the class teacher tracking development and provide feedback.
You will have a passion and willing to support students no matter what they need.

Requirements:
* Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent.)
* Previous experience working with students on SEN
* Strong empathy and understanding of individual student need
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the student, staff, and parents
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to provide emotional support when needed
*Must be confident, interactive and have the ability to work well in a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
