Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised 1-1 and small group support to students
  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and parents to build a strong support network
  • Work closely with teachers to understand individual learning styles, strengths, and challenges of students
  • Monitor and facilitate the progress of students, supporting their social, emotional and academic development

Person Specification:

  • Experience working with diverse learning needs with an education setting or similar
  • A commitment to supporting students and supporting the school with creating a positive learning environment
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate is a requirement for this role (we can support with this).
