LTF Recruitment are delighted to offer the exciting opportunity to work in an SEMH school as a Teaching Assistant in Grantham, Nottinghamshire. The school are looking for a supportive, caring person to work across a number of year groups to help assist students with SEMH needs, allowing them to reach their goals with the additional support. The successful candidate will support the needs of young people who find it difficult to manage in mainstream school where their emotional and developmental needs cannot be met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour.
  • Has an outgoing, nurturing personality.

  • Willingness to support SEMH learners (no experience required).
