What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct ecological surveys, assessments, and impact studies.
Provide expert advice to ensure projects comply with environmental regulations.
Support Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies and implementation.
Assist with planning applications and ecological mitigation plans.
Mentor junior ecologists and contribute to team development.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry forums.

What We're Looking For:

A BSc/MSc in Ecology or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ecological consultancy, including fieldwork.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
A full UK driving licence.
