Owing to our continued, sustainable growth, Accord Solutions is delighted to invite applications for a Business Analyst to join us on a permanent basis as part of our Solutions team. This role can be based in either Glasgow, Leeds or Nottingham offering remote working.
The Power Platform team consists of Develops, Analyst and BI Specialist. As a group, we work closely together and will provide our customers with the expertise to deliver innovative software solutions. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop your own skills whilst providing key support to some of the most innovative clients in the market.

With over a decade of experience in providing market leading solutions for our clients, we work in partnership to ensure we tailor solutions to meet our client needs.
The role will involve the development and delivery of IT solutions:
- Understand business processes – “As-is” and “To-Be” modelling.
- Review and participate in the customer design phase of a delivery project to ensure the requirements are captured in an effective and consistent manner.
- Translating customer requirements to system configuration and data management tasks
- Identifying product and consultancy opportunities
- Ongoing account management, training and responsibilities related to the FLOW product
- Managing Change Requests through to LIVE
- Creating and updating training materials.
- Designing and delivering training on Power Platform Solutions
- Providing post-implementation training and support.
What Do You Need?
- Be an excellent and energetic communicator.
- Have good written and language skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Passion for IT.
- Have an appreciation of the end-user experience.
- Creative and solution focused.
- Ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
- Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite.
- Driving Licence as occasional travel throughout the UK.
