Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategic direction for all adult learning initiatives.
- Lead curriculum design and delivery to ensure relevant, flexible, and impactful programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet community and industry needs.
- Manage and support a team of educators and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to maintain high educational standards.
- Secure and manage budgets, resources, and partnerships to support program growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in educational leadership, particularly in adult education or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
