We are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader to join our residential home in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive environment, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
Key Requirements:- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role
- NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care
- Medication trained and confident in administration
- Ability to work both day and night shifts as required
- Lead and support the care team to deliver outstanding care
- Oversee medication management and ensure compliance
- Assist in care planning and risk assessments
- Provide hands-on care while fostering a positive team environment
