Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with an electrical background looking to join a rapidly growing M&E provider, in a varied role with major potential for progression, training into new sectors, and great earning potential?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing M&E service providers. They have recently had a significant uplift in work and are gaining extra contracts in a variety of sectors through their innovative ethos.

In this role, you will manage multiple projects at once, working an even split of office and site-based work. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will take full ownership of electrical projects and develop plans, schedules, and budgets.This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from start to finish. You will be rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and a great remuneration package.The Role:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth handover to clients
  • Ensure quotes and proposed scope of works align with contract documents and client needs
  • Create and update project schedules, allowing for design time and client input
  • Take commercial responsibility for clients/projects, ensuring adequate resources for success
  • Contribute to improving company systems and procedures, particularly in safety, efficiency, and profitability
