Electrical Engineer - Fairham, Nottingham - 37,011/year

We are looking for multiple experienced electricians with a strong understanding of electrical systems. This role will involve interpreting 3-phase schematic drawings to manufacture switchgear assemblies. Working in a team you will be contributing to the manufacture and assembly of cutting-edge components that power innovative power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing of top-quality units for electrical switchgear systems.
- Interpret and implement 3 phase schematic and mechanical drawings with precision.
- Working to detailed CAD created drawings and schematics.
- Repair and modify electronic automated systems.
- Ensure maintenance of all company equipment.
- Operate machinery and equipment expertly, ensuring seamless execution of tasks in line with established procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- 16th / 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- JIB/ECS Gold Card.
- Demonstrated experience in LV electronic Switchgear manufacturing.
- Demonstrated work experience with hand tools and power tools is necessary.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Demonstrate initiative and precision, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Utilise critical thinking skills to tackle challenges head-on and uncover solutions that keep us moving forward.
Desirable Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2391 (Electrical Inspection & Testing).
- HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering.
- IOSH managing safely.
