About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team specialising in the rental of high-quality, oil-free blowers and compressors. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a hands-on, field-based position, working in the depot and temporary installations around the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and temporary installation of blower and compressor equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance, servicing and installation of blowers and compressors across multiple sites.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider European team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Field Engineer, ideally within industrial or process equipment.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Experience with fault finding.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to electrical work.
  • Familiarity with blowers and compressors is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a close team as well as own initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
  • A full UK driving licence.
