Job Description:
Are you a skilled Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in mechanics? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at a leading packaging company in Nottingham.
As a Multi-Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our machines operate at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing all levels of breakdowns and implementing planned maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on the production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong Electrical Engineering background in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ideally, hold the 18th Edition Qualification or be time-served with equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
