Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and assessing electrical designs for water infrastructure projects
- Engaging with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Collaborating with contractors to ensure proper implementation of electrical systems
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Overseeing the electrical aspects of multiple sites within the Severn Trent Water portfolio
- Managing project timelines and resolving technical issues as they arise
Job Requirements:
- Experience in electrical engineering within the water sector
- BSc, HND, or HNC in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
- Current 18th Edition certification
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification
- Strong communication skills for client and contractor engagement
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage varying project demands
- Proficiency in electrical design review and project management
