The Role
A full time, permanent Electrician. The right candidate will be a fully qualified, approved Electrician with a strong sense of pride in their work. You will be willing to travel nationwide, with a positive attitude towards getting the job done right. You will be a team player who follows instruction and takes ownership of your role, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
The main aspect of your role will be focused on commercial installations, nationwide. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Install electrical systems for commercial spaces, including retail and office environments.
- Competent in all aspects of electrical installation work, including conduit, trunking, basket and tray work, single and three-phase systems, and SWA terminating, switchgear, pyro, data wiring, and fault finding.
- Proficient in wiring layouts, installation, and termination for lighting, power circuits, and data networks.
- Ensure all installations comply with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude on-site.
This Electrician role will be on a full time, permanent contract, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Due to the healthy pipeline of work, there is plenty of overtime available.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel and stay away.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Time Served
- ECS Gold Card (preferred, not essential)
- 2391 Inspection and Testing certification (preferred, not essential)
- IPAF Certification (preferred, not essential)
