An Electrician is needed for an ongoing temporary contract with a social housing provider in Nottingham.
The role involves carrying out planned 2nd fix electrical maintenance on domestic properties from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The position offers a salary of £22.50 per hour, along with a van and fuel card.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 3, 18th edition certification, a JIB Gold card, and a full UK driving license, along with prior experience in social housing maintenance.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred for this role.

I am looking for an Electrician to work with an established social housing provider in the Nottingham area. This is an ongoing temporary contract. The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance on domestic properties across the Nottingham area. All work will be 2nd fix electrical maintenance

The Electrician will receive:

22.50 P/H
Ongoing work
Van + fuel card

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
2nd fix electrical maintenance to a high standard

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
18th edition
JIB Gold card
Full UK driving license
